Today in class we read chapters 6-7 on A Lesson Before Dying. We answered questions on chapters 6-7. Today Mr.Rease wasn't here we had a sub. The best gift I have ever received in my life was on my 15th birthday. I got 300 dollars in cash.
9-26-25 Troy’s complaint about the unfair job system shows his frustration with racial discrimination. How did this conversation make you think about fairness and opportunity in society today? If you were in Troy’s position, what would you do?
If I were in Troy's position, I would do the exact same things he did. He was trying to help his son get on the right path, and I believe that is the only right thing to do. Rose's role as a mother shows the stereotypical standards a mother must meet, and she plays the stabilizer in the family. Troy makes it clear to Correy he must be a man and prioritize his priorities always first.
